My name is Rich Santana, and for me, real estate isn’t just a career—it’s a family legacy. I was born and raised right here in Bristol, and I spent my childhood watching my parents transform distressed houses into beautiful homes across Connecticut. You could say that "talking shop" was part of our daily routine.

I took that lifelong passion and turned it into a professional foundation, graduating from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate. Today, as a licensed broker with five years of experience in the field, I bring a level of academic and professional rigor to the table that you won't find with typical "cash buyers."

Why I Do This Differently

I currently live in Southington with my fiancée, Paola, and our three cats—Smudge, Mouse, and Tarzie. Being a local resident and a small business owner, I care deeply about the integrity of our Connecticut neighborhoods.
